Reviewing, resolving and sharing issues
Reviewing, resolving and sharing issues
Once your results are ready, you can work through each issue, record its outcome, give feedback to improve the checks, and share the results securely with people outside your platform.
Issue statuses
Every issue has a status that tracks where it is in your review:
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Open | The default state — not yet actioned |
Resolved | The issue has been addressed |
Dismissed | The flag is not a genuine compliance concern |
Changing a status
Open an issue and use the status control to set it to Resolved or Dismissed. Changes save immediately and are reflected in the issues panel. If you resolved or dismissed something in error, you can reopen it by changing the status back to Open — the issue record is never lost. All status changes are recorded in the audit trail with your identity and a timestamp.
Giving feedback
For issues raised by a sidekick, you can give a thumbs up (the flag is correct) or thumbs down (the flag is wrong or the severity is off). A reason is required for a thumbs down. This feedback helps improve the accuracy of the checks over time.
Sharing an asset externally
You can share results with people who do not have a platform account — for example a creative team or agency — using a magic link.
Generate a magic link from the results screen and provide the recipient's name and email.
The link is delivered by email and gives read-only access to the results page — recipients cannot change issues, statuses, or comments.
Each link is scoped to the asset, time-limited (it expires after about one week), and can be revoked by an admin.
You can generate multiple links for the same asset, one per recipient, each with its own expiry and audit record.
Sharing is available to org admins, workspace admins, and workspace members.
